I don' like bob costas either. he was terrible doing nba games for nbc, and he is over passionate about football.

it has nothing to with his character.

as far as the topic is concerned, yates is the future

No Love for the Texans from the media until Tebow starts to lose. I'm fine with that for right now.

Houston Texans fighting for No. 1 seed in AFC with a 3rd-string QB...now there's a story deserving America's Team label.

The Texans have to win without their best players to get some coverage. The Rockets have to win 22 in a row to get some coverage. Keenum has to throw 16 TDs in a quarter to get coverage. When can we stop jumping through hoops? Should have just gone the easy route and drafted Tebow. Sheesh.

I doubt the Packers or any other good teams care how much the media exposure they get each night on sportscenter. Just go out and win, and everything else will follow.

Sounds like he's trolling the local team to get page views. Pulling a Dick Justice, if you will.

They won't get more national love until Tebow stops winning. I'm ok with that though. I don't see how anybody can root against this team though.

I don't care about national coverage, I care about playoff wins.

Media will have a field day when Tebow starts losing too.

Whatever. I only watch ESPN on Monday nights anyways.

I don't get all the Tebow hate. Don't get me wrong; I get that he's a below-average NFL QB. But I don't get all the hate thrown in his direction: he's just a guy with an opportunity we all dreamed of as kids, doing his best. He's not showboating, he's not attention-whoring, he's not being a d-bag.

I *do* get the folks hating on the overexposure the media's giving, and the whole preempting the better game (HOU-ATL) in many markets to show the Broncos. But that's the media. Do they *ever* get anything right?

This whole thing was all a clever way of introducing Madonna. We are Madonna's opening act.

Yes, everyone knows this argument. Sometimes you just have to sit back, ignore the media, and take him for the pretentious, jort-wearing, douche bag he is.

Ugh, who's in charge of picking these halftime acts?

Madonna was relevant, sexy, and groundbreaking.

Wonder if the Texans will get any run on PTI or ATH today. It would be nice to make 1 of the 1st two segments of the shows.

lol, nothing would make me happier to see the Texans win a Super Bowl on the Colts home turf! But at this point one playoff win would count as a extreme success to me.

Where do you get "pretentious, jort-wearing, douche bag", though? While I haven't followed his every media appearance, I've generally seen him deferring credit to coaches and teammates, props to the man upstairs, etc. What did I miss?

I'm not getting into a Tebow debate. Never, never, again. Last time, seas were parted, golden deities worshipped, and locusts covered the earth.

    Never, never, again.
