Yup, I was around back them Man, if you thought this lockout was bad... Just mad I waited around on re-registering after the board change and didn't get that Feb along with my '99 cred.
not sure about the college days. but the one that represent our Member # was in perl. Can anyone tell me (Mango can) what event killed the perl version of clutchcity.net btw: I was batseye before heypartner (both bridge monikers). batseye was stupid. Those posts got lost.
I'm so ashamed of the stupid posts I did back then, I wouldnt tell yall the name even if I could remember what it was. I had jsut come from being on usenet for my talking to people online jones, and was still in the flaming mindset that one gets from participating in years long usenet flamewars(had been online since 93). Needless to say, yall didnt appreciate that early version of me. When the board switched, I decided to refrain from joining up to keep me from repeating my early mistakes. Which is why I am a 2000er. I think I have made up for that early stuff by now, dont yall think?

I was waaay more active with the clutchcity.*** incarnations. I cared a lot more about interacting with the peoples on the internet. I was more hated and more liked than now. Now I think I am pretty invisible to most people on the board since I am not too involved with the posting.
Wasn't there something . . . and I thought it was this forum around the time of the Two Championships Rocket River I seem to remember being on the BBS around that time but I dunno if it was a different name then or not [I am officially old]
I was a lurker back in the .com days. It seems like I finally signed up for an account because Clutch was shutting the board down for periods at a time to nonmembers.
