Did he have another surgery in the offseason, before he joined the Pistons? I thought his last surgery was 2008/2009 with the Rockets. I don't think he had surgery, while with the Knicks either. I haven't been following him much, since he left. Are you referring the surgery from 2-3 years ago affecting his performance last year? Fair enough. Not everybody can recover within 2 years. He could be fully healed after 3 years.
TMAC's court vision and passing is still there. Everything else, gone. I personally think he's a bad fit for Chicago. But Rose does everything on that team, he needs some help. They desperately need a guy like Kevin Martin on that team.
TMAC SUCKS... Now he has gotten this NEW knee surgery, whoopty doooo, he will still suck, he hasn't been relevant since 07/08, biggest drop off of a star player in a long time. He is a waste of talent and hasn't realized yet that he can still succeed with half of his athleticism Bulls are probably going to sign him because of the connection with Thibbs and the cheap contract.
Gilbert Arenas? Anyway, you clearly didn't watch T-Mac last year. He was doing pretty good. Played his role which was nice to see. Actually tried on defense.
He did play decent for a ROLE player. But that's not what you expect from him at age 31.... He could've had so many more consistent games and he looked good physically post mid season.
Im not defending anybody... I just don't get the point of hating on someone as hard as some people do (tinman) When the majority of someones posts are about someone you say you hate (not to mention a player that hasn't played for the Rockets in almost 3 years) it's obviously an obsession. I dont think I have ever seen the guy post about our current Rockets team. Unless it's about Tmac OR teams from anytime before 1995, don't expect to see tinman post about it!
I am surprised that anybody thinks Tinman only posts when it's about t-mac. If there is any theme that dominates his posts, it's his love for Rocket's history and nostalgia for Thorpe, Hakeem, Horry, and the rest of the old-timers.
Yeah true, but I think he's gotta learn to go like Grant Hill. Become a good contributor and accept he's not gonna be one of the most electrifying and complete players. tinman loves winners. Nothing wrong with that.
That's not true, I looked at this thread to see if there was any legit info on the Bulls signing him... There wasn't!
