Just so I am clear. [all this is reference to the Rubber Man episode - have not seen the most recent one yet ] Tate was in the Rubber Suit when The Mother/Wife was inpregnated. Correct? Did he also have sex with the Daughter in that episode [or they seem to allude to it] Tate seem to be getting around. Rocket River
I think the whole idea is that ghosts are obviously unfulfilled, which is why they are lingering in the real world to begin with. And, sex is clearly one way in which a person would try and fill a void in their life. I think that explains why Ben's mistress wants to have sex all the time, even though she's dead.
I also think they've established that the house is some sort of intersection where the living and dead can interact, so by the story's logic it makes sense.
Yeah, that make sense. Still trying to wrap my head around it! new episode tonight! I think the season finale is coming soon because Justified is coming back in January!
Such a tragic episode about violet. I was confused as to whether or not tate was a good or bad ghost.
Still not really sure to be honest but once she started running around in a loop, I knew what happened.
I had a feeling ever since she ODed that this was going to be the major plot twist this season. They've been dropping hints ever since that happened (i.e. her NEVER leaving the house). Seeing her dead body was still a major shock though. That was creepy as ****.
Also, I wonder what role the ghosts are going to play in this whole Anti-Christ business. What side of the fence are they going to be on? The other thing I don't really get is, why do some ghosts show their wounds from when they died (the burn victims), and other ghosts (like Travis) don't? Is it just a matter of who is seeing them, and the form in which they choose to take when they appear?
I was slow... I I thought tate was somehow doing that and he was going to show that he was dead. (thought it was tates body under the house)
well i was a little slow on the clues and even after the reveal, I thought, "who is that?"...then it hit me like a ton of bricks.
I made a mistake by opening this thread yesterday before we saw the episode last night and saw RocketsRed14's post. Knew that something would happen to Violet. At first, I thought Tate was going to kill her up in the attic so they could be together forever. I totally didn't expect to see her dead body. I didn't put clues together (bot files, exterminator and etc). So sad.
