This is a tough call. I have freeman on my team and I always get the impression that as soon as i sit him he's going to go big. Tebow, on the other hand, is pretty steady. Tebow is going to get you 20 per game. Freeman has a chance for 30 a game, but usually settles for under 20. I guess I would play Freeman, but I wouldn't expect much from either qb.
Man freakin Big Ben has been terrible last 3 weeks I think Im gonna go with Matt Moore the rest of the way
Sorry for the late response, I'd make that trade if I were you, besides Michael Bush you're really hurting at RB and DMC may be returning soon so that could hit his current value. Plus Reggie has kind of cemented himself as the primary back in Miami and has really turned up the production as of late. I hope you made the trade.
Is Decker worth anything? I realize he has been getting some TDs since the QB change but Tebow barely targets the guy much less gets completions. I feel like I'd rather take my chances with Moss and Moore. Keep in mind its unlikely any of these players will see the field (V.Jax, Stevie J. and Nicks) -- so it's all about upside.
I think it could be one of those rare win-win deals. I had a surplus of startable RBs and cruddy or inconsistent WR options, while you had the opposite situation.
Realizing that Mccoy is now listed as questionable for thursday's game probably made my decision for me. I had already about decided to sit him, because I feel so strongly about my other plays. This just makes it a more compelling argument. Not that I want my best player injured.
wait mccoy is prob out tomorrow? the hits just keep on coming...peterson out last week, cost me my match up, now mccoy? jeez. i picked up vince young, so VY vs SEA or stick with dalton vs PIT? edit: well now schefter on espn said eagles are confident mccoy will play tomorrow, but peterson might not play this week. damn
Yeah: I just found this (rotoworld): LeSean McCoy (sprained toe) is expected to play through a questionable tag in Thursday's game against the Seahawks. The Eagles have already confirmed that they aren't concerned with McCoy's sprain as it's not turf toe. We're expecting a full workload. McCoy, who has 13 touchdowns in 11 games this year, is a top-3 fantasy option this week. Nov 30 - 11:26 AM Source: Adam Caplan on Twitter
Questionable usually is good to go. I'd play VY (I'm assuming Vick is officially out now? I know they said unlikely last I had heard).
By again, top 3 this week? I think some fantasy writers go into automatic mode. Mccoy isn't close to a top 3 option this week.
you are one crazy dude, what. I can't believe you're going to sit Shady for Stewart/Mathews/Helu. You might as well throw Jeremy Kerley in the starting lineup again while you're on this trip.
If jeremy had been healthy, I would have played him. Listen, maybe I'm going about this the wrong way. Supposing I play McCoy, like everybody believes I should. Which guy ... : Stewart Helu Mathews ... is a must start. In other words, which player do you feel should not be benched.
Yeah, I know this rule. I'm violating everything that is human by even considering this. I need to be tackled, or euthanized.
None of them is a must start; that's the problem. But Shady absolutely is. There's a great chance that the guy who gets benched is going to do better than any of the 3 you start. Last week I benched Beanie and it bit me in the ass. But I felt justified in not playing him because he's been terrible the 3 weeks before that. Chances are good that whoever gets benched this week among Murray/Bush/Lynch/Wells will have a better game than one of the starters. You just gotta roll with it. Just don't bench McCoy by overanalyzing the situation.
