Dream was a great player but Patrick Patterson has high upside.

This show is excellent! I like hearing all the reminiscing stories. The best part of tonight’s episode (besides when they were talking about Dream) was when Steve Kerr called out Stockton for being the dirty b*stard he is.

Not sure why this silly question was even a subject for debate, though. It would have been more interesting if they asked Hakeem vs. Shaq with Shaq sitting right there for everyone to answer. :)

    What's there to even debate?

It's like saying LeBron vs. MJ. Who's the better wing man?

Hakeem was the greatest center in league history, bar none. No one will ever touch his blocking record.

His 2 championships are worth more because he literally did it by himself.

Homerism aside, the 2nd championship had another hall of famer who certainly pulled his own weight in those playoff series.

Their reaction to Hakeem's move against David Robinson in that opening video montage pretty much says it all.

Hakeem's post game was the best in the history of the NBA... period. And then you throw in the fact that he holds the record for most blocks in his career and has 2 championships.

    Easy choice

Considering how cursed the city of Houston is when it comes to sports, Hakeem would have won 9 championships in any other city.

Houston is not cursed, Dream and Clutch City broke it.
It's the greatest Houston team ever.

Hakeem looking a 6'11 small forward! Amazing!

I remember watching the 94 and 95 finals, but I wished I was a lot older back to then to really appreciate those championships. I'm not saying I don't now, but I'm like the only sports fan in general in my family until my sister got married to my brother-in-law. I was 10 when they won it back in 95.

Stockon's three was the death of me growing up. I cried my eyes out... FU Stockon...

DUH. Everyone knows it's DREAM.

 That's like asking who's the better Rockets historian of Clutchfans: "SwoLy or tinman?"

DUH. Everyone knows I can tell you about some players from the 80's and even 90's, but there's no comparison, tinman wins by an oil slide.

He's been gig'd by it a few times though. At UH for example -- the original Choke City.

That was a Hakeem love fest, quite obvious who was going to win out. I have not seen too many old timer games to really judge those guys like Wilt, but based on the category of big men Hakeem dominated, he`s the greatest center of all time.

When you are getting that much respect from 3 other sure fire hall of fame players, then you know it is not homerism.

    Hakeem was special....I miss him....
