Amer Asik is nothing more than another 7 footer who's a back up player at best. I am so sick and tired of those of you that would rather trade a very talented and good player away just for a 7 footer who's a bench player at best. Just because they are tall doesn't mean anything. Remember, talent always win, not a big man that doesn't have much skills like Asik

The Rockets need a strong defensive center more than they need a PF with some nifty offensive moves. I'd still steer clear of Boozer because of his contract and injury history, but Boozer+Asik for Scola+Thabeet is intriguing.
