    Eff that!

I'd rather have Scola than overpaid Boozer.

Don't know if Boozer is really better than Scola at this point.

And Boozer is a lot more expensive.

    And has much worse skin.

    Lithuanian Sources?

I mean it would make sense for the Bulls, especially now that they'll to give Rose a 30% max deal, but as others have already said why would the Rockets do it?
Scola and Boozer are more or less the same player and Boozer is due for A LOT more money.
So yeah, not gonna happen. :)

Are you saying 'Boo!' or 'Boo-zer!'?

i've never heard of one rumor coming out of chicago that is ever beneficial to all trade parties. they think others are just willing to take their garbage.

I still have doubts but this would be worth a conversation.

not sure where the upside is on this, I do think Scola is more effective under the rim...

Boozer, probably not, but Noah would be a great pick up

I don't think either side is willing to budge

maybe Boozer and Omer Asik for Scola and a filler?

Scola is better and cheaper than Boozer. I am sure the Bulls would love to do that trade.

The only way I can see this happening is if the Bulls are willing to give up a young player of importance to match the fact that we're taking on a salary albatross. I don't think Morey values Asik that highly. So I see nothing that give us the incentive of making the swap.

That and Boozer on the Rockets would make me barf. Even without the Jazz connections, he's the perfect example of someone I just don't want here for this team.

It would still be Weekend At Bernie's 3: Stiff with a max contract.

Fear not, this won't happen. Well, at least any deal involving Boozer landing in Houston.

High usage, doesn't get to the FT line, poor defender, injury prone, high salary.....

There's too much NOT to like.

I would rather have the lockout back than take on Boozer's contract.

For the amount of money Boozer makes, he's one of the worst players in the league.

The only version of Boozer I want is a contract-year Boozer. So no.

if the amnesty clause still applied to players you receive via trade then I might take a flier on this...if it also meant getting Asik.

you roll with boozer for a year and then kick him to the curb like the trash he is. and you still manage to be players in next years FA.

Asik seems like one of those high efficieny players that Morey covets. hard to tell how he projects long-term with him not showing much on the offensive side yet...but definitely a plus defender.
