just went from like 3rd and 30 at the 8 to a 1st and 10 at the 23 with that BS call.

I'm very sad that I was right about Schaub's impact on the team all along. This was suppose to be a perfect situation. We are playing a defense with half their starters out. We are playing an offense who basically goes 3 and out against our defense. We are running the ball well and we have AJ now. It seems that just being Trent Diler-esque game manager is harder to do than people think.

Hopefully Yates prove me wrong. But I really doubt he can do it this year. Next year, unlikely. 3rd year? Plausible. But right now I think our season is on life support.

 

So you can pin a QB's throwing arm and pin him to the ground AFTER an incomplete pass (possibly breaking his collar bone), but you can't sack a QB by the legs. Got it.

 

I'm confused, wasn't it 2nd and 20 prior to the penalty? Isn't roughing the passer 15 yards? So how is it first down

 

That's A BULL***** CALL. I don't even complain about the refs but that's BULL*****. They gain 15 yards and a first down after we stuff them two downs in a row?

Well with the way Wade calls the blitz it was just a matter of time before they got us with the screen.

That penalty kept the Jags in this game. They would have been punting from their endzone.
