What? 45 seconds left and it was 1st down? Plenty of time to run it a couple of times....

Hell they ran it at the end there before the field goal.

It was Kubiak trying to get too cute again.

Well, this Texans team is anything but boring. Call me crazy, but I'm actually excited to see what Yates can do, just gotta keep him upright.

It seems like Yates' passes are going forward more and leading the receivers more than Leinhart's. He also looked incredibly poised out there, like he wanted to take it to the other team. I just hope he can remain accurate.

    This is freakin hilarious.

All this talk about Leinart and now he might lose his job in the same game he started.

TJ Yates looks GOOD. Reminds me of Tony Romo.

That run basically conceded that we were settling for the FG.

I don't see how any of you can be reading that much into a few passes by Yates. Not saying it isn't possible, but it is a two minute drill. You know what that entails. I bet if Foster hadn't converted that 2nd and 10 on Yates' first play in we would have seen a very different approach from Kubiak.

Lineart had been making great decisions all day and playing pretty well considering the obviously very conservative play-calling by the Texans.

I'm hopeful, but even Garrett Gilbert looked good when he was thrown in unexpectedly. 2 minute drill is different from standard offense with some time to think. We'll see!

Kubiak: Doesnt look good w/ Leinart. TJ got us in the 2nd half. OD is our backup if we get in trouble.

Leinart already fitted in a sling per Rich Lord/SR610

Yeah, but that is not what he was saying he was saying why not run it from the 5 yard line on first down?

Instead we got a Rookie QB throwing it away......and intentional grounding.....

Sometimes Kubiak tries to get too cute...this was one of those times.
