It was reported that the NBA and Stern didn't want HGH testing in the new deal.

Easing off 50-50 for a 49-51 band (not split) probably opened up negotiations for the remaining hot button issues like the MLE restrictions.

NBA training camp and free agency now tentatively scheduled to start Dec. 9, according to Stern at We Have A Deal press conference. Surreal

Appreciate maniacs awake at 4:24 A.M. ET still chasing news on end of lockout. Kept hearing no one cared about this thing; we know better.

Mo Evans told me he doesn't expect players to be able to access team facilities until December 9th.

Haha awwww KD! It's been pretty funny seeing the reactions here, and on Twitter from NBA players. Some more excited NBA gifs since I accidentally copied someone else's earlier.

So where are the assholes who normally b**** about how pointless Twitter is tonight?

Now do you understand some things are multidimensional? Got to take the bad (T-Will's ignorant tweets) with the good (breaking news and communication)....

Where we left off last season.
LeBron stewing after the first of 3 straight demoralizing losses to the Mavs.

One vet player texting me, doubting he'll vote to approve deal. "We (bleeping) caved," he said. He's been entrenched on issues entire way.

@WojYahooNBA I bet I kno who that text was from I got the same message, hahahahahahhaa tell em O well

An NBA player tells the deal will pass, but "it's a (crappy) deal."
