I'm am watching YouTube videos.....er, uh...working today. Had to swipe my badge to get into the complex because no security is working. Escalators are all off. Air is off. Had to swipe my badge to use elevator (took me 5 minutes to figure that out...). Had to drive in since Park and Ride isn't running. Got the best spot in the parking lot (I'm illegally parked). We're supposed to work 4 hours today. I got here an hour late (no one cares) and will probably leave 30 minutes early. Maybe I'll go up to the executive bathroom and take my inevitable post-Thanksgiving meal DUMP.
I am. We have a proposal due at the end of next week and just got a new project on Wednesday so no break for me.
At work currently at my "soulless factory of sadness" looking for Xmas lights with a white cord and red bulbs. No luck thus far, don't think they're making those this year. F.M.L!
I was one of the lucky few who got to be on the other side of the counter from all those 6am @holes who need the extra dollar off their t-shirt. Yes, I work in retail. 20+ years. Ugh.
I hadn't worked all week due to being a schoolteacher and us getting the whole week off (we didn't get a fall break though). Gotta go back on Monday and this week has flown by.
