Well, I'm sitting here bored, waiting for the gf, so here's what I got this year: Escort Passport 9500ix Radar for $330 Heavyweight Beanbag Dash & Windshield Mount for $20 (got a $10 Amazon credit for ordering some $5 batteries). Figured I needed one of these since my last 2 were stolen from my car, this will at least tempt me to put it out of sight instead of leaving it in view on the windshield. I went to CVS and got about $70 worth of products that I got full store credits for with their Extra Care Bucks. I used those to buy a SoniCare Toothbrush and some replacement heads. The toothbrush was $44.99, but came with a $10 store credit. I also brought a $10 coupon I printed online, as well as a $5 coupon for the heads. The toothbrush came out to $24.99 and the heads came out to $19.99. I used the Extra Care Bucks to pay for the remaining $45. The best part is, there is a $10 mail in rebate online for the toothbrush as well, so that will make it $14.99. Now after buying some cough medicine with some of the Extra Care Bucks, I'm down to about $25 in store credits remaining. Probably get some more brush heads or some random necessary items with them. Plenty of these items left at CVS if you want to get in on them. Also got some Christmas presents from Bath & Body Works with the buy 1 get 3 free coupon. Overall, a pretty decent Black Friday. I will never wait in long ass lines for a deal. Its not that important to me and I don't have the patience. Props to the folks that can put up with this stuff. Dude do yourself a solid and get bf3. Dont know why you would get 2. It's like getting lasts years version of Madden or 2K. Mine as well go with the latest version.
Here's something you may want to try next time. A buddy of mine was at Walmart last night waiting on his mom who was in line in the store. He was near the cash register/customer service area and saw a Walmart employee pushing a cart with three 30" tvs ($188). He asked about them and she said "do you want one"? Apparently people bring them up to the front then find out their credit card is maxed out and the products are returned to customer service for restocking.
Went to target this morning at 8am no walked to the electronics dept, asked for an iPod Touch, bought it, and got a $40 gift card. No lines or anything.
Timing is a crazy thing. Friends of mine are still dealing with lunacy right now trying to get some shopping done while others have said they walked in and out of places with no issues.
I walked in and out of gamestop in about 10 minutes. Got 5 games (3 for ps3 and 2 for xbox360) and an xbox 360! Success :grin:

people are animals and time is money. that $50 saved was spent before you even walked into the store by waiting in line.
Had people already in line hold your spot or had people you know placehold your spot? I would have thought one would get a lot of grief it was the former.
