but the real question for this thread is which movie had the better theme song - ghostbusters or ghostbusters II?

Rushmore has been mentioned more than once. Heck, I mentioned it on the page before this one. A terrific flick, and yes, much of it was filmed in Houston. I used to live very close to where many of the scenes were. In fact, there's a couple of scenes in the film that show streets that I'd bike to from my pad after a mushroom search and hangout with my groovy dog. :)-

Had to take this out of the VCR 15 minutes in. I don't know if I just don't understand Gonzo - for some reason I thought this would be darker - or just watched too much of Murray already for this to seem entertaining.

I saw Tootsie on TV the other day and totally forgot that Murray was in it. It was really weird watching it because....I mean, it's Bill Murray...but he really doesn't have any good lines.

Kind of like watching an Anne Hathaway movie without seeing her naked.

It depends. This movie has a wide range of responses. Some people hate it because they say "nothing happens."

It is certainly worth 8 dollars. It is my favorite film of all time. My previous favorite was The Commitments. If you want to judge my taste in film.
