    I'm going through a dilemma like this right now, One of my closest friend's broke up with this girl for over 6 months now and me and this girl always had a connection, what to do? :confused:

    I know he wouldn't he still believes he has a chance to get back with her when she has told me and my other best friend several times that she doesn't find him attractive anymore. All her friends hate him as well as her parents and he has very low self-esteem to boot.

    Yes I have. With my best friend, the thought of anything with them has never existed. When we've liked the same girl, I've always just decided to not go after them. With other friends, I've never dated any of their exes, even though they have given me the go ahead, and the opportunity was there, just because I didn't want to deal with any drama.

    I almost got him together with another friend of mine and he was definitely digging her but all it took was for him to hear him and his ex's song to go back into depression

    Feel out the situation first. How serious were they? Of course, depending on how hot she is, it may be worth it effing your friend. All's fair in love and war.
