What was done? She looks pretty hot in both. Done up professionally in one so obviously she's hotter in that. Maybe her chin? Looks more tapered now.
Either way, if your point is she looks like this because of plastic surgery... then I say... PEOPLE, THIS IS HOW YOU DO PLASTIC SURGERY.

 

The chin is sharper the lips are much reduced. My point is that's a lot of improvements. But, yes, she's hot; though, she's a bit of a Kate Hudson look-a-like to me.

 

I agree that the chin probably had something done. I don't see anything with the lips. She just had the lipstick done different back then. It was the style to have these overly huge lips a few years back. I knew plenty of woman who used lipliner to totally draw outside their real lips to make it look full. Make it look fool was more like it.
