One thing I love about this game is the balance of the perks, equipment, and grenades. This is by far the most variety we have seen in the equipment. There are so many different options that one person is not running around with the same cheeser weapons. Or you don't have those times where everyone is running around with Ghost Pro on so you can't find them or have them shot by air support. They split those up so you have to use two perks now. Good stuff. There was a Claymore around every corner in MW2 and Black Ops. Taking away the ability to choose an equipment that we saw in Black Ops also helps this. There are so many more things to look out for in MW3. Every person plays different. The akimbo FMG9s are pretty cheeserific and need to be nerfed, though.
They are pretty beast. I just started using strictly them the other day and been pwning noobs. Went 51-19 one match of dom using just them and the specialist strike package
The game really isn't that bad. I'm picking on one person. But everyone bashing it seems a little over the top to me. Single player was cool. Survival is amazing and the most fun I've had playing co-op in a long time. Multiplayer is the same award winning thing it's always been with a few new things thrown in that help balance it out. I'm having a blast with both MW3 and BF3.
Yeah, people (especially on the internet) just love to b!tch. There are little differences here and there, but if you loved MW2, there's no reason to not like this one. Most people are mad because they start playing and get pwned.
I can definitely hold my own in either game, in MW2, my friends and I would actually play against cheaters and finds ways to make them quit. I'm not beastly or anything, but I hold my own. I loved MW2. But it really was the same thing all over again. New maps, new balance deals...well why are you charging me for a brand new game? All that aside...I just didn't have fun playing it again. I'd rather just go back and play MW2 haha. SP was ok. I just have much more fun playing BF3. I suppose I've converted...until MW comes back wiht something better, thing is, IW is not the same company it was. I have zero interest in any treyarch game, I have nto liked any of them, and even had Black Ops purchased for me by friends and still didn't like it. Now if you could combine Battlefield's squad based play with Modern Warfare's responsiveness, as well as some bits and pieces of each franchise, now we're talking. MW is not complete garbage, but I'm just a bit weary of all these diff IPs recycling the same game and touting it as a full new game.
There actually is a nuke type reward calls One Big Bomb or something like that. If you get to 25 kills (i think 25?) it bombs the entire map and kills everyone but it doesn't end the game. And yes, that's better. Why should a team playing domination lose when one guy on the other team does nothing but camp and gets to 25 kills in a row but isn't actually accomplishing the objective? Or team death match? Your team is losing but does nothing but protect one guy who snipes to get 25 kills and you get to win? The nuke concept was cool but lame in application. It punished people who played to win the game by rewarding campers.
Well...secret's out. I guess the guy lamenting the lack of a nuke just isn't good enough at this game to know about it.
I got the MOAB once on bootleg and I wasn't really trying to get it until I realized I had like a 18+ kill streak going. Add me on ps3 jokerhehe I'd love to play with some fellow clutchfans. When you add me send me a message saying you're from clutchfans and we'll get a clan going or something. Oh if u don't believe I got the moab look at my vault.
That is impressive getting the MOAB. My question on that is that I think I read somewhere you have to get all 25 kills yourself and your kill streak kills don't build towards that..is that true? And even though I believe you got it, I will still add you and watch the video to verify for everyone if you in turn watch and verify my 51-19 akimbo FMG19 with specialist package only game
I'd be lying if I said that this game was not basically MW2 over again, but I'd also be lying if I said that I didn't enjoy it. Having fun with both MW3 and BF3. Except that PSN is down today
awesome dude nice! will add i haven't played a video game since Halo 1 CE and on PC.I thought I would suck it up since its been 5 years but I've been pretty ok/good since I know the maps so well i guess. Bungie lost sight of the masterpiece of a game they created and moved too far away. I like it a lot just wish they had a lot of the other maps on there. I hate prisoner tbh
It hasnt been down for that long. I just got done playing about 45 minutes ago with my buddy and he calls me literally about a minute after I log off to tell me the network just went down

Yeah you have to get all 25 kills yourself... But when I got it I was using the specialist package so it includes hard line so technically I only needed 24 kills but I ended up getting 25 anyway lol. When I log on all check out your game 51-19 is really good in this game.
