I gotta take this thread to say, I always mocked the Twilight fans (adults and teens) until my girl saw a few minutes of the first movie on tv and called me to watch a scene. That **** is unintentionally HILARIOUS! The "overacting"(If one can even call it proper acting) is off the charts funny in my book. We watched the first and second Twilight and I think I laughed more watching those two Twilight movies than I've laughed at a Ben Stiller or Adam Sandler movie from the past two years.
I'm considering going to a cinema after it comes out and watching it but I think the Twilight fanatics might throw stuff at me because just off the trailer, I know I'll be laughing from start to finish.

Anyone else have that happen? Find the Twilight movies unintentionally funny?

lol, thank you! My mom and I actually read the books to my sister bc she was too exhausted to read, she had cancer. The books are even funny, you can't help but laugh at the dialogue. I took my mom to see Twilight, my sister past away the year before unfortunately, and that **** was hilarious. Kristen Stewart and Patterson's facial expressions are stupid funny. Beavis and Butthead nailed it perfectly in one of their episodes.

Yeah guys. Those movies are so FUNNY. My wife made...er...asked me to watch one with her and I laughed and laughed guys. SOOOO funny. I mean, the special effects are kind of cool too, but yeah soooo funny. I mean, I kind of like the part where vampires fight, you know? But other than that, unintentional humor. I watch those movies to make fun of them guys. You know? Um...except for the heart warming scenes of romance...I mean it might be kinda stupid, but my WIFE likes it...so you know, if she's happy, I'm happy guys. You're with me, right? Right? I mean, I already preordered my tickets for the new one just to LAUGH with it. I mean, I want to get in line early to get good seats so I can SOOO ironically watch it. Guys?

Terribly sorry bout your sister man.

I don't know if I could do the books but like you said, the facial expressions are just ridiculous. Dialogue that is so terrible it becomes funny and acting that is equally terrible and that just makes it hilarious imo.

What "heart warming scenes of romance"?

I think people like me who find that **** funny stop paying attention to the movie's objectives.

I know you're trying to be facetious but I don't think you got it quite right. Good college try though.

Meh... it happens, I hated the expression time heals all wounds but it was true.

I would not have been able to read the books if it was not for the circumstances. But it makes it that much more funnier to see the actors perfect the cheesy moments from the book with the way they deliver the lines. I swear it is the way I imagined it in my head. Maybe they are great actors and we don't even know it... lol not really. Kristen Stewart is the same person in every movie.

I love watching twilight trailers at the movies. You can see the whole theater simultaneously facepalm. Makes me feel like I'm part of something bigger than myself.
