http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/7...houston-texans-return-matt-leinart-takes-over I don't know about yall but I'm kind of excited to see what this dude can do.
No, juicystream, they were set-up for a borderline HoF QB to step in and lift them out of mediocrity. Give the team's performance prior to and post-Warner, it's pretty obvious he elevated things while he was there.
I have faith in Wade and the Defense I have faith in The offense and i have garnered some faith in Kubes I have no worries Rocket River I won't worry . . . until I have reason to worry
Is it just me, or does Leinart sound a bit more humble now? Maybe Schaub has had some real influence on him. I sincerely hope so.
It does seem like he has matured. That or he realized he better "play the part" so he can keep the job. I would imagine though, that the humble pie he got served in Arizona was a wake up call though
Grantland: Is Matt Leinart Better Than You Think? It boils down to Wisenhunt hated Leinart, and Wisenhunt doesn't know crap about QBs.
Mad that we have the best rushing attack in the NFL? Mad that we're getting the best wide receiver in the NFL back? Mad that we have the best defense in the NFL? Nah, I think I'm good bro.
I heard stories of Leinart in Phoenix. Saw him clubbing at the Mirage in Vegas. Still has nothing on Bob Sura.
If he wins a playoff game then he's Hot Tub Man #1 and surpasses Sura. Has to win a playoff game though.
