If you can afford it, do it. XBox has been tons of fun for me and my boys since we bought one back in May.

Are those games you really want to play? Will you re-play them?

I'd rather have any of the BF ads I've seen. Wal-Mart for $200 you get the 360 (which always comes with headset and controller), XBox live, $50 GC, & Kinect. With Halo's anniversary game and Halo 4, Reach's value is severely decreased.

I don't think the size of the hard drive is that important. Certainly not worth an extra $100 IMO.

You can get an Ipod Touch 8 GB for $189 on Amazon. Tax free and free shipping.
Factor in the fact that it costs $5 more in Target, sales tax, and all the craziness of BF ... its not worth it. Just get it online.

I actually have one already but I thought I could buy this one and give my old one to my nephew. I passed it up though.

I have a 32gb 4th gen iPod touch I'll sell for $220. It's been used 2-3 times. I just use my phone most of the time, so I have no need for it.

I haven't done a lot of research yet. I'm probably going to do my shopping online, except for a possible trip to CVS. They have quite a few items you get for free after you get the Extra Credit Bucks. So.....if there's something there you want, then this is a good way to get some free items, then use the Extra Credit Bucks for the item(s) you actually want. Here are the ones that stood out to me:

    Listerine Pocket Packs ($2.99 w/ $2.99 ECB)
    Pepto-Bismol, 4 oz. ($2.99 w/ $2.99 extrabucks)
Sheets Energy Strips, 10 ct. (w/ $3.99 extrabucks)
Softlips, single pk. 0.07 oz. (w/ $2.00 extrabucks)
    Theraflu Caplets 8ct. (w/ $1.87 extrabucks)
Theraflu Daytime or Multi-symption travel size (w/ $0.99 extrabucks)
    Select Carmex Items, 0.15 - 0.35 oz. (w/ $1.00 extrabucks)
Kleenex Cool Touch Tissues, 50 ct. (w/ $1.50 extrabucks)
    Finish Quantum, 10 ct. (w/ $2.99 extrabucks)
CVS Dental Flossers, 90 ct. (w/ $1.99 extrabucks)
Colgate ToothPaste, assorted varieties (w/ $2.87 extrabucks)
    Cepacol Lozenges, 16 ct. (w/ $4.99 extrabucks)
Breathe Right Nasal Strips Bonus Size, 10+2 ct. (w/ $5.99 extrabucks)
    Advil, 10 ct. (w/ $2.99 extrabucks)
    Advil PM, 4 ct. (w/ $.99 extrabucks)
CVS Alkaline Batteries, AAA or AA 4pk. (w/ $3.99 extrabucks)
Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies, 6 ct. (w/ $3.99 extrabucks)
Benefiber Fiber Stick Pack (w/ $1.49 extrabucks)
    Balance Bar, 1.76 oz. (w/ $1.69 extrabucks)

$5 extrabucks when you spend $10 on Nivea products (I get coupons for these Nivea products all the time. So combine this with a coupon, and it's a great deal.)

We're both in Austin (at least I think you are), so name the time and place. Shoot me a message through the board.

Also, with the midnight openings at all the stores, what times do you think people will need to get there in order secure the merchandise?

Hey guys, I'm looking to pick up a couple of pairs of basketball shoes, preferably Jordans or Nikes, one pair all black and one all white (which I know limits my options). Anyone found any deals @ FootLocker, etc?
