Picked up Sonic Youth "Dirty" and Radiohead "Pablo Honey" at a re-sale shop for $1 each. I wish Radiohead would migrate back to the guitar rock sound.

Thanks for the recommendation and also Torn n Frayed for The Bends, both are very good. I assumed these were like the softer stuff I've heard on their recent albums. I like that stuff when in the mood but I prefer some edge.

The Freak, I like those vids of Living Things as well.

I'm an old coot but do appreciate the exposure to some of these new bands. My oldest son was going on about some band called Wolfmother and I just laughed when he played it because they sounded like a Black Sabbath tribute band. So I put on the real thing.

Currently listening to Eno/Byrne "My Life in the Bush of Ghosts"

    Sade - Lovers Live

I could listen to live Sade all day long. And I think I just might today. (check the hihat work by this drummer)
