He'll be in a boot throughout this week and evaluation process will continue. Visits to DRs will start next week. Thats the best I can tell you right now.

    Leinart will start against Jacksonville.

Whelp... you Houston fans who have been on Shaub's ass are now on notice -- you're about to find out just how good he really was. Sigh.

Kubiak said it was a "significant injury". They are gonna get a doctor from out of country to look at him. He will "miss some time". He will be in a boot for "about a week".

He doesn't know how much time he will miss but "Leinhart will start against Jacksonville".

Thats a damn shame. Player after player, cant catch a damn break. Foster, Andre, Mario, Schaub..crazy.

Leinart: That's why he came back. He liked this football team and what we do. Never know how an opportunity will occur. Its a big one for him. He's getting tons of reps. He has played football in this game. Hes been around it. Football team needs to rally around him. Matt doesnt have to win a game, the team has to win a game.

The rule of thumb is under sell what Kubiak says. Looks like the rumors are true. Schaub is probably out for the season with a broken foot. Texans are just trying to find an unconventional medical practice that will try to salvage his foot. I think I'm going to consider him done.

Please God just let him be healthy for the playoffs. We can take Ind, Jax, Tenn and get to 10 wins.

James Casey will be 100% coming off bye. Vickers I cant say. Andre - we expect him to be full participant but until he steps out to practice, we dont know.

Described as a significant injury to Matt. As of right now, they havent given me any conclusions. Just opinions as of today.

FIFY...since 1996 we've gone through dagger after dagger with injuries mixed with just some pure disappointment.

At least we have a defense and a running game that is capable of winning some games. I just hope Matt isn't done for the playoffs too.
