They won't let them vote becasue it would have passed by the rank and file. These players are about to get crushed by Stern and the league. They thought they had been broken with this proposal now they about to get hammered.

I just heard on the sports radio the players rejected the deal and players will file for decertification.

The owners can now end the lockout if they want, and see what happens.....maybe this is what they wanted all along?

They bipassed the 45 day decert and went right for the hardball.....As I said in the summer they should have done this months ago.

Not me. I hope many of the fringe jackass players lose there careers and end up working at Lowes or Home Depot.

47 percent BRI for players and hard now sounds extremely fair.

You do a great job, but sometimes the old man who started the transcription process just has to do it again.

If the owners are actually vulnerable and lose the lawsuit, they deserve to lose it. But that is unlikely. They have their legal ducks lined up and should have anticipated this measure by the union as a possible outcome.

Max and marcellus are killing the owners on sports radio, as they should.

This is all on the ownerw. They never wanted the season.

47 might be fair now, but this will not stop...the next contract will be 40...35.. and so on...

Darren Rovell says the players are betting Stern will come back to them tonight with a last minute deal, but I'm not buying it. The egos involved are too big for someone to publicly back down so quickly.

I want the players to lose this case just so I can hear their explanations why they didn't take this deal when it's over. It's going to be so comical.
