    Rank and file who are going to vote on it have the right to study the proposal before they make a decision. What is that such a hard concept for. Leaked tweets does not equal having the proposal.

    You never answered the question, "if it's no big deal, why did Billy Hunter refuse to share the proposal?" simple question.

    And btw, how can a union member have intellegent questions when all they know are rumors?

    I don't have the link but Billy Hunter admitted that a lot of the players that thump there chest against the owners would privately vote for the agreement if there is a vote.

    With players like Scola being outspoken about the opportunity to vote on the deal, I would have a hard time thinking Lowry and the Rockets players would vote to NOT VOTE.

    The 2009 draft bust team needs desperately to get on the court soon if they want a chance to get a contract for 2012 and beyond.

    IMO, the union must allow a vote at this point. There isn't much doubt about that now. Otherwise, they should decertify and end the charade.

    I wonder if this is all a mere formality, and based upon Hunter and Fisher's play it down edict from last week.

    A deal was reported by a reputable source, so could this all be a smoke screen to cover their arse if the union says no?
