She just asked to see his ring.. he was kinda embarrassed and pretended he didnt hear/see her - she then goes on to check his hand herself.. doesn't see one and continues to hold up a sign showing that she has as many rings as him (0).
Who cares? I don't necessarily like LeBron's narcissistic attitude but the hate towards the guy has jumped the shark.

As someone myself whos been trying to be nice in the face of "da hataz", and they dont reciprocate back, i can understand tuning out people and not giving them their satisfaction. He'll eventually get over it, but for now in his mind people are just as annoying to him. Athletes get mixed signals, they hear be cool and nice to everyone, then hear be a "killer" like kobe the rapist. (It wont stop, he better learn to deal with it and get over himself)
He's putting on a show ha, I don't see anything wrong with it. Hard for me to say because I am a hater, but the media cares too much about what he does. If somebody else would have done this, it would be considered being focused in on the game.
