Most of the time, Cam is playing behind in the score, so he needs to keep passing. Dalton can manage more the game, and win it, by playing it safe.

I honestly couldn't pick out Cam. I have no idea what he looks like when I try think about what his face looks like.

Now Dalton, how's he not hard to pick out? He's a freaking ginger.

Are you seriously trying to say QBs get better stats in close games as opposed to ones they really fall behind? You've never in all these years of watching football seen backup QBs come in during a blowout, get incredible stats against prevent defenses, only to look like crap when given a chance to start? Even the Texans had Rosencopter for these sort of things.

I forgot to include in my post that Cam was still the favorite to win it, and if the season already ended now, cam would win it, but I think its a close fight, if Cincy gets to the playoffs Dalton could get it, but Cam is getting a lot of stats and being flashy, and getting rookie passing records.

Andy Dalton to AJ Green is lethal. It could quickly become a weapon like Stafford to Megatron.

Got my first real dose of Andy Dalton yesterday.

I have to say I'm quite impressed. Not only for just a rookie but in general. He has tremendous poise in the pocket - doesn't panic, doesn't force things, not afraid to take a hit.

Unfortunately, the Bengals seem to be VERY conservative in calling plays - mostly just giving him underneath routes. So much to the point that Steelers backup QB Byron Leftwich (yeah, he's still around) predicted somebody was going to jump the route on that key 4th quarter drive that sealed the game. And they did.

Let the kid play! He seems to throw a good deep ball. Granted, it only happened once and he got very lucky - 40 yard bomb in double coverage to A.J. Green who just went up and played 'jump ball' in the end zone. But I like this kid. If I were a Bengals fan I'd be ecstatic right now. OUT with the garbage of the old, mediocre regime and in with this new exciting young core.

    They both having good careers.
If Dalton had not gotten hurt. . . .. and the defense going beserk
Could have been a superbowl match?

    Oh man, oh man.

Yet ANOTHER bigtexxx blunder. This is not surprising, but still hilarious.

Must be a double whammy for bigtexxx that a black QB is now the face of the NFL.
