Being stuck in DFW has given me the unfortunate opportunity to watch the Mavericks announcers for over 10yrs now. Bill & Calvin beat the pants of the competition. I hate that Calvin isn't a part of the team anymore. The Good thing about Bill is that if a close call went against the Rockets, if it was the correct call, after watching the replay he'd say it was a good call. He'd also speak well of the opponents and their strengths. The commentators up here are extreme homers, any call against Dallas is a bad call, and they never talk about the opponents players. Its like they know absolutely Nothing about the other team other than the players names. Even The Ticket's radio guys talk about how bad the Homerism is with the Mavericks commentators. I'm glad for Bill. Wish I'd have been nominated this year so I could've been there to see it.
