    I think we should place a moratorium on transactions. Whoever joins late will be at a disadvantage, maybe just allow roster cuts and trade negotiations. Also FA pickups need some kind of order. Maybe every team makes a contract offer and as the commisioner makes the judgement call if the player takes the money or winning team.

    Players who are free agents are considered as expiring contracts(1 yr remaining on contract) in this. The only possible free agents are the ones in my Sig.
