Getting on my nerves a little that this show is moving so slow this season. 4 episodes down already and they still are searching for the little girl?? How bout they just create a spinoff with Daryl.
Here is the promo and sneak peek for episode 5. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/TUR6GGkxK8s" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/PEWSHLtIESY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I said the same thing tonight. Guy is a badass. Shane looked like Simple Jack in Otis' overalls. I'm guessing that Merle is a hallucination or dream.
I think you're right. I don't see how he would be able to survive this long on his own, especially since he has only one hand.
I would have paid more attention to Baby Jessica if she'd come out of that well a zombie. (The water was already contaminated, no, whether the zombie was extracted from the well or not? Hence the previous "I wouldn't drink this..." line? That's the stupidest zombie ex machina -- or, I guess, zombie bait ex machina -- manufactured conflict/suspense I've ever seen.)
I really enjoy the series, although even my 12 year old daughter is wondering how long it will take to find the little girl. One comment made when they saw the zombie in the well... one of the characters said something about the zombie forming gills. Did I miss-hear that, or was the character kidding? Seems awful soon for a zombie to have that dramatic an adaptation to a change in its environment (though look at me... questioning something about zombies)? also interesting that Daryl of all characters should become the series' most interesting and complete. Looking forward to Merle's return.
I really really really want to like this show more but it continues to creep too slowly. Also sick and tired of the search for the missing girl.
I really like this show, but at times, I feel they are dragging these out a little. Maybe it's just me. Overall, I do enjoy it, but I wish they would pick up the paste a little.
Too many characters, too many subplots, too much talking, not enough zombie killing. And the second season is a huge step backwards from the first. It's like two completely different shows.
They were just kidding. On Talking Dead, they showed how they did the makeup and special effects for the well walker. Pretty cool. He was just bloated though, no actual gills.
so they don't even want to let Hershel know that his serene impenetrable farmland's water well has a walker down there? no need to figure out how or why it got down there? just seal the well and move on? Roxsquad- tell us how you really feel.
