Did you play your Jeremy Kerley (Who?!?) Like you said you would? How'd those 6 catches for 65-70 yards and a td and 19 points work out for you? LOL
DHB was bumped all the way down to WR5 on the depth chart for god knows why. Housh comes in off the street and he's already ahead of DHB who's been playing the best ball of his career. Why Hue why?
I wonder if it had something to due with lack of communication with Palmer. Palmer was throwing to Ford and Moore a lot.
Maybe they game planned that Champ Bailey was going to be on DHB all week so he became an afterthought? I did see Bailey on Moore a few times though so I'm not sure if Bailey was on DHB the majority of the game or not.
Im thinking of picking up Antonio Brown from PITT should I drop Jabbar Gaffney (WAS) or David Nelson (BUF)?
You should have dropped either of those two duds for Brown ages ago, surprised he's still available with how many targets he's been getting for the past few weeks. Drop either NOW for him.
Looks like I had spoken too soon about Miles Austin  at least with Hillis I know to not start the scrub.
How am I in troll mode? You predicted some scrub named Jeremy Kerley would have a breakout game. Obviously, I thought you were joking but you were serious. Holmes/Plax/Keller/run 1st team/Mark Sanchez led offense. He's like the 5th option at best.
Had an OK week Spoiler Still I don't really trust my RBs going forward. If I'm lucky I might be able to get Frank Gore for Finley or a top-5 WR for Gronkowski/Finley & Dez Bryant. If not, would yall trade either TE of mine for Brandon Llyod or S.Greene? Or should I stay put and simply play the matchups?
In one league I made every decision right (save possibly from DJax going off) and narrowly won. In my other league, I made every decision wrong, and have almost no chance to win because of it. Really kicking myself for deciding on Saturday to bench Hasselbeck and Lynch.
I wouldn't trade for Greene, since Mcgahee and Sproles are probably better. If anything I would try to trade high on Murray and Jones. Assuming you feel your playoff position is safe, I'd definitely go after AJ. If you could get a top 5 RB without giving up Rodgers, I'd definitely consider it.
DHB wasn't in a majority of the snaps. Targets: 12-Moore, 6-Ford, 5-Reese, 4-TJ. The communication suggestion is most likely, but usually you hear about it, since they've had a bye and a new qb under scrutiny. Murray's the real deal. He just proved himself against Seattle's run D, and I'll be surprised if Jones even gets 3rd down snaps once he's healthy. And your others are good enough for a RB by committee. Sproles is always an rb2 with upside, McGahee is your high-floor pre 2011 Fred Jackson, there's plenty more blowout games for Tate to see more carries in, and Bush is probably the best handcuff out there with Oakland's line. I would say Shonn Greene is fool's gold, but he's not even shown enough to be that. If you can package those guys for Gore, you should probably go for it.
He was on the sidelines for most of the game while Ford and Moore got snaps and Housh played the slot (as expected). My guess is it may have been disciplinary-related and Hue chose to keep it in-house.
Looks like Miles Austin and Dallas Clark are out for the next 3-4 games, should I pick up Laurent Robinson and drop Reggie Wayne?
Robinson has shown that he'll be a legit WR2, esp now that Austin is out. I picked him up last week just in case since Austin/Bryant had their share of injuries. Not sure you can count on Reggie Wayne (or anyone from the Colts) on a regular basis.
Wallace, I think, was getting po'ed at Ben. Ben had tunnel vision for brown. Brown, also, wasn't a lock to make that catch as he had a cb draping him, but Ben had made up his mind that it was brown or nobody on a lot of the plays. Wallace was visibly jumping up and down on one play. It seems like Ben is giving wallace 1 series a game to make him happy and the rest of the time he doesn't even look for him. They took 1 shot downfield and ben had one more that he never threw.
