Les Miles coached circles around Nick Saban tonight. The Hat was smart and conservative while Nicky got a little too cute and didn't want to play the field position game. Great game, though. I think Bama deserves another shot at us in New Orleans, assuming both teams can win out.
Les Miles is supposed to be some sort of coaching genius?! Wow, I thought he called a horrible game and was lucky to win. Saban in overtime wasn't too impressive either. Can you imagine Case Keenum as the QB on either of these teams. Either team would go undefeated with ease.
Impossible? No, I don't think so. But I also don't think there will be any poor people in attendance.
LOL at poor people. Well the last time a hometown team played for a title the tickets were almost impossible to get (USC/TX). Edit: Scratch that, because I believe Florida played for a title in FL (the year Tech beat UT I think) and those tickets were very easy to get. Granted, they let anyone with a FL address buy a ticket presale.
LSU-Ohio State in 2007 was in New Orleans as well. Tickets were crazy expensive, but they were available.
She's actually a really good friend of mine haha. No clue who that guy is. Anyways....RIP Cade Foster and Bama pledges. Rematch could be possible in the National Championship game with an Oregon win and an Oklahoma win. Sorry if the game was boring to everyone but the atmosphere was incredible building up to it. I've never seen so many people in Tuscaloosa before. Hoping for a rematch but time will tell.
Nick Saban blew this on with bad decisions to go for the kicks. The first one from 44 was OK. But the 50 yarder was out of fosters range, then they call the short range guy in to try a 49 yarder ? In a defensive game like that, they should have punted and try to pin them back, instead try tried FG that had zero chance of going in. People will blame the kicker, but it wasn't his fault those were out of his range.
What's up now sucky boy? Where's your Cinderella middle-class America, fight'n the good fight team now brah?
