I learned English by watching TV shows and Movies with English subtitles.

Start first with some sitcoms where the dialogue is kinda simple and continue with some dramas like Sopranos, Wire, Six Feet Under, Breaking Bad...

About the subtitles: for TV Shows you can find them on addic7ed.com and podnapisi.net or opensubtitles.org for Movies.

If the OP (hlzhuo) actually wants to learn English, he could get Rosetta Stone - English. Why do I recommend it? My son became interested in Japanese as a teenager (he loves Manga and stuff like that) and, convinced by his sincerity, we purchased it for him. He actually learned to speak Japanese, which is, at least in my opinion, is a very difficult language to learn. It wasn't a fluke. He took Japanese during his first year at university and easily made A's, or a 4.0, or whatever a top grade is called these days. While expensive, the method appears to work, and he did it all with his laptop. You speak into a microphone and the program gives you feedback. I'm thinking of getting a French version, as the French people often enjoy pretending not to speak English, even when they do, and I like France.

If this is a joke, I hope you found me amusing.-

I recommend it too. Had a friend who used it and said it was simply amazing.

As for the price. The guy's Chinese. He'll find a way to get it for free. It's not that difficult.
