[Culture] Justin Bieber Hit With Paternity Lawsuit

This girl is losing all credibility...she apparently faces a misdemeanor trial in Las Vegas for slapping her ex boyfriend. She could go to jail for six months for that. When it's found out she's lying about this whole thing, which it seems she probably is, she'll possibly face perjury and misdemeanor statutory rape charges.

And her gunshot from Yahoo makes it even more doubtful Beiber "sought her out."


Oh, and Yahoo makes it sound like she dropped out of school in the tenth grade. What a winner!


God, I hate defending Beiber, but people have no integrity these days.

Then why Selena Gomez doesnt get charges for the same thing, she is 19 and he is 17, so she is still going out with an underage guy?

I was thinking the same thing...

 

You'd be suprised how unwilling you would be to take a medical test for someone who leveled a false public accusation for the sake of attention or personal enrichment. I have no special affinity for Bieber but I sympathize with a teenage boy having to handle something like that or even read it in the paper.

 

The woman admitted to having sex with Bieber, which would be a crime. She basically said "Hey look I committed a crime". It also depends on the state that they would have sex in. The age of consent is 18 in California, so it would be against state law. The age of consent in TX or NY is 17. If Selena said she sexed Justin in NYC or Houston, it would not be against state law.

 

No money changed hands. The woman was caught trying to have friends destroy evidence (text messages) that blew up her case.

 

Shame. Bleeber would make a good mother.

If it had gone to trial, and she had lied and said that Bieber had fathered her baby, and somehow they found out that she never even met Bieber (impossible to prove), much less had sex with him...I would think that's slander/perjury.
