Pick a defense for week 9 Chiefs vs MIA Cowboys vs SEA Also have a glut of backs, pick 3: Wells vs STL Murray vs SEA Benson @TEN Michael Bush vs DEN Hillis @HOU
Chiefs Wells Benson Bush I really consider the 3rd spot a tossup, but Wells and Benson are obvious choices.
Mike Bush should be in for a nice workload against Denver. He's not a flashy runner, but when the defense is worn down he'll rip off chunks of yardage and carry defenders. I'd say 125 yards isn't out of the question. Denver's defense has a couple of bright spots but no one who is going to really create chaos.
Right now I have the 3rd RB spot as a Murray/Benson tossup. Murray obviously has home run YPC/TD potential, but SEA is a tough D against the run. Benson is safer but nothing more than a 3 YPC plodder at this point. Tough call, IMO.
Chiefs Wells, Benson. For the third, I'd probably go with Murray, but it's hard to not start a healthy Hillis.
Anyone have any confidence in Tebow? I need a bye week replacement. My options are: Tim Tebow Jay Cutler Andy Dalton
On one hand, Tebow puts up better fantasy games than he actually performs. On the other hand, if you take the final 2 minutes from each of the last two games, he would have been a complete no show fantasy wise as well. I'd still roll with him against the Raiders.
Fred Davis Aaron Hernandez Mcgahee Starks Tolbert Pick one of each, and then another for my flex spot
I have Welker at WR1 I think hes a must start vs NYG Pick 2 for the WR 2 spot and Flex Miles Austin (DAL) vs SEA Mario Manningham (NYG) @ NE Pierre Garcon (IND) vs ATL Nate Washington (TEN) vs CIN
Go with Tebow, he'll run a lot and get 70 yard easy on Oakland. Im starting him since Cam Newton is on BYE for my team
Hernandez has been racking up TDs since his return, I'd go with him against a suspect Giants pass d. For flex I'd go with McGahee if healthy and my backup to him Tolbert. _______________ Should I attempt this deal? Aaron Rodgers + Crabtree for Vick + Blount + Roddy White I'm worried about Vick's health as an overall season standpoint and Blount/White not producing but they should get back to scoring big points I suspect, right?
I'm putting my money where my mouth is. A few weeks ago i highlighted Jeremy Kerley as a potential free agent pick up. This week, I plan to let him loose. Go big or go home boys.
There probably will be less risky choices in a 10 team league. But I still expect a BIG week from him. It's against Buffalo. I fully expect a td, and maybe 65 to 70 yards, 6 catches. A good 19 point day.
I'm looking for some sleeper WRs for the rest of the year. These are the guys that are available in my league that I've identified as prospects. I'm in a PPR league. Braylon Edwards Jacoby Ford Denarius Moore Greg Salas Emanuel Sanders Titus Young Let me know if any of those guys have any potential or if there's any TE that's under that radar that may be of use down the stretch in a PPR. Also any WR that I didn't mention and I'll tell you if he's owned or not.
