That's my area code (Central GA), so I doubt it. The video really isn't that bad. 16 is beyond the age of spanking for me, but when you are told to bend over the bed, you bend over the bed. I couldn't even watch the whole video, a kid being hit like that irks me the wrong way, and then the fact she has a mental disorder was too much.
