It wouldn't be fair to the grading curve. to be fair, your title says liberals, and then your thread says communist, and then you used communist within a gay slur code phrase, so it's kinda you starting off with a wrong assumption, wrong definition and a wrong attitude for people you want a response from? A few days ago there was a thread that addressed several shades of communist philosophy and philosophers, and several expressions of communist government (all autocratic?) that should have taught any of us that it's not a one definition term, it's at least a whole junior college government chapter. (the thread had some people I had never heard of) But an answer might be, whatever ideas an informed free people would vote for as in the best interest of the general welfare if left free from the corrupting influence of self-interested misinformation.

Higher education should have been socialized after the last shot of World War II. Our entire country should be nothing but data centers, atom smashers, medical labs and shuttle launch pads. Real power over the next century will not come from a strong bureaucracy or a reserve currency, cheap third world manufacturing or even sovereign wealth banking (which is a Romanoff-type recipe for disaster anyways).
I haven't posted on the D&D that much, but I've been on this board for at least 7 years. And my question to you is: are you trying to be a moron on purpose? Do you honestly think that when you mistakenly refer to liberals as communists that anyone is going to take you seriously, Glenn Beck Junior? The only appropriate response is to insult you- if you truly want to engage liberals in a serious discussion, maybe lose the "communist" descriptor.
