‘Adult Baby’ Cleared of Fraud, Still Getting Social Security Checks

It is my understanding that most people who role-play as babies do it secretly and still have steady jobs.

It's more like a sexual fetish than a disability.

 

Why should he be entitled to compensation?

When one guys gets to sit home and act like a baby, others see this an find ways to game the system.

So the US taxpayers have to pay these people their entire lives? He seems to be a big, chubby guy. I'm sure if he didn't have food on the table, he'd find a way to work and feed himself.

Him acting like a baby has nothing to do with him getting disability. You are making a bunch of judgements about his ability to work based on nothing. You aren't qualified to make those judgements.

The guy is disabled. That disability has zero to do with him acting like a baby. If he's disabled he deserves to have enough to live on. We don't kill the disabled in this nation. The fact that you don't like his baby habits doesn't change the fact that he's disabled.

 

Why? What evidence are you basing that on?

The people who have been trained believe he is disabled. That disability is separate from his living like a baby.

It looks like you don't like someone living like a baby, and thus are mad that he gets disability.

Just because a guy has desires outside the norm doesn't mean he isn't entitled to anything other folks are entitled to.

Please this guy is not mentally ill. Who wouldn't want to go back and be treated like a baby. You get to lay around all day eating and pooping your pants.

After watching this he is perfectly capable of getting a job. If he's not mentally capable of working then he needs to get locked up in a mental institution to learn how to be a contributing member of society.

 

You said you don't think he has disability. Do you think he's lying about the spinal injury? Or the heart condition?

 

Sorry - re-reading, you said you didn't think he was mentally ill, not that he didn't have disability at all. But the disability payments don't all stem from mental issues.

 

My god this is complete BS -- put this guy in a mental ward and make him feel 'safe'.

I'm not going to make an armchair diagnosis about this guy but I do wonder what sort of treatment he is getting. Many people suffer from psychological trauma who with proper treatment are able to deal with that. For that matter many people who suffer from disabilities that leave them homebound are still able to find ways to contribute. In addition to psychological treatment is this guy getting any occupational therapy?

 

So this perfectly literate adult man sits around in a crib all day while sh**ing his pants voluntarily? Thats crazier than how big the lady that take cares of him size boobs are

I'm curious as to your general view of whether mental illness is real. From the comment I quoted, it does not seem as if you do.

 

I think it differs for some people.

 

I don't have the experience that you perhaps with this "life style" but I think the issue is whether he is one of the baby lifestylers/fetishers or is mentally ill, I guess the Social Security Judge and the psychiatrists thrashed that out.

Spending too much time on this one in a million case falls into the pr clutches of the Kochs and the upper .1% who never miss a chance to try to belittle with the goal to end social security or social security disability.

It is sort of like spending much time on the handful of family farms that are sold to pay taxes on estates over $7 million that are demagogued as a reason not to tax the estates of Bill Gates, the Waltons or the Kochs etc. when they pass a way.
