Good for you! You've probably heard this but keep a few soda crackers by your bedside table and down them a couple of minutes before even getting out of bed; it's supposed to help with morning sickness.
congrats, isabel. it really is kinda neat see folks grow up on this board. surprised to see people share the amount that they do here.
Are you taking any pre-natal vitamins/pills? If so, you may want to ask your doctor about switching them out. They may be contributing to your sickness. If not, seems likely it will pass in another couple weeks. Congrats!
Hahaha, there's a difference between having sex and having unprotected sex. Some of us were paying attention in middle school health class. Really glad I wasn't the careless type, would have hated to have one with my ex or something like that. I'm hoping it will be free of major complications. Bedrest would be a nightmare - I can't lose my job. We need my income. (at a new job and my FMLA doesn't kick in yet; however, I did get a short-term disability policy with them just in case that happened. Still doesn't solve the problem of who's going to cover your classes, though, and I don't want anyone to consider not giving me my contract for next year.) I do look forward very much to having the little guy or girl... and not just that, but having it out of my body. I did get some samples of different vitamins from the Dr. and may try those just to see.... can't hurt. Thanks for all your congratulations and support! <3
