I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Heh. Heh. The teenager was only an extreme example of an unlikely admirer. I must admit that that was a poor exhibit on my part. Today I went to eat a sandwich alone, and here is my tally: 1 twenty something auburn haired beauty with a few tattoos 3 attractive office women in there late 30's 1 young, thin brunette seemed to lose herself for a long 10 seconds 1 thirtysomething blonde that I opened the door for, was clearly stunned and could only smile and blush. 1 blonde in her late twenties decided to take a break from her boyfriend for a few. 1 blonde co-ed clocked me as I entered the shop, and was so embarassed to be caught, that she immediately discarded her food and exited the building. 1 woman did not acknowledge me, but she was wearing Dickies work pants, boots, and a work shirt.
