Paypal has a dispute resolution center. Use that. The seller will probably not respond to the dispute. You need to escalate the claim before the cutoff date that Paypal gives you. Then, Paypal will review the dispute and make a judgement. They will likely rule in your favor and your account will be credited.

it's a pretty elaborate website for a scam though, it actually seems like a website that some boutique audio seller would use, kind of conceptual etc.
Most banks would do a chargeback in a heartbeat. Honestly, I don't worry about such things because I know the banks have my back.
