My signature said it all, LeBron needs to prove he's a better sidekick than Pippen first. So much about PER when the game doesn't count.
If your going to make this goofy argument, then it shows that Wade ain't good enough to lead his team to a championship. If LeBron is the sidekick, then it just shows Wade is way overrated. Wade had a dream team and it looks like he ain't good enough to lead a team to a ring. Miami needs a better leader
Well, if LeBron was as good as Pippen, they'd already win the championship. They lost 3 close games. And the performance disparity between Pippen in his first 3 finals and LeBron in his 2 was more than enough to make up. Wade has proved he's good enough to lead a team to a ring, you can't change history, period.
Wade has a FAR superior midrange game compared to Lebron. Ask Michael Jordan how important that is...
Debatable. If the Heat had a decent, reliable starting PG, they would be champions now. That position has to be upgraded, maybe more than C.
They could go after Steve Nash but his defense sucks. I think their FA target would be Sam Dalembert.
Ha your funny, Wade has a ring, it's the person who doesn't have a ring that didn't do **** in the finals
Seriously you do not know basketball if you watched Wade for at least a 10 game stretch last year. The guy was a miserable mid-range shooter, something he lost. He was absolutely phenomenal with his midrange in 06, but seems to have lost it a little bit the past 2 years. http://hoopdata.com/player.aspx?name=Dwyane Wade Last year, from 10-15ft, he shot 38%. From 16-23ft, he shot 37%. But his bread and butter remains around the rim, he shot 66%. He was a top 2 or 3 in terms of buckets scored in the paint. Wade should and would have been the Heat's leading scorer had he operated better with his midrange shot.
But how can you know basketball without watching Wade, a top 5 player in the league? That means you're not a basketball fan. For him to say Wade is a "superior" mid-range shooter over another particular player, when stats prove it's the other way around completely means he doesn't know what he is talking about. So no, he probably remembered the 2006 Wade. It's time for him to get League Pass or something.
Lebron being proactive in getting himself some help. Even the #1 player can't do it all by himself. ^^ Jamal Crawford At least they're not even good fits for the Heat lol.
Slam Online top 50 players projected for next year http://www.slamonline.com/online/nba/slamonline-top-50/2011/10/top-50-lebron-james-no-1-3/ Their top 10: 1) Lebron James (he topped last year's list also) 2) Kevin Durant 3) Kobe 4) Drose 5) Wade 6) Dwight 7) Dirk 8) Paul 9) Melo 10) Dwill
Define "Best Player" before we go any further. IMHO the best player has to be a combination of both mental toughness and physical skills, Lebron James in this case is def. the most physically gifted player at the moment, but he's as soft as melted butter --- Much like Tmac back in his prime in Orlando --- Extremely talented, but never be able to win.
