Hits keep coming. Upper leg injury apparently. Kubiak: 'There is a chance he can be back this year.'

    Should know more tomorrow.

A chance he can be back this year? Jeez.

Never good when you get carted off the field. But at least the Texans continued to dominate when he left.

No better time than ever to move Kareem Jackson to safety, where he can actually be productive.

We should have rested Manning earlier and signed Holliday sooner.

Huh? Its a freak injury that didn't happen on a kick return. In fact, it came in a game that he was NOT returning kicks.

Not sure how you can blame anybody but bad luck.

Best possible time for the injury.

How did he break a leg on that interception? 610 is still saying 4-6 weeks and no surgery.

The receiver landed on his leg awkwardly.

If Greg Jennings can tough his way through it, MANNING can come back strong

So there's a chance he might come back this season?

I got my info from Solomon, who is not the best source in the world.

So it's more of a bone fracture than a muscle tear? Is that worse or better?

I could have sworn it would have been a hamstring injury similar to Andre's.

What's Darren Sharper up to these days?

Neither are good but usually muscle tears require surgery to fix. This is not a bad break because he he does not need surgery on the bone. Immobility of the hurt bone can treat a hairline fracture. It just takes time. Manning better drink his milk and get as much calcium in his body as possible!

seriously... sounds like he can definitely come back within a month or so and our schedule looks plenty winnable w/o him during that time.

maybe shilo can show us something.
