    Even though it helped us, I hate those type of helmet-to-helmet penalties when it wasn't the defense's fault.

    I've always wondered why it isn't a penalty when a guy lays on top of a player as he's trying to get up and literally pushes him back to the ground.

    All the defender has to do is not lead with his helmet. The receiver is going to the ground. At that point if you still manage to hit him in the helmet with your helmet you deserve a penalty.
