I really enjoyed beta, and can't wait for the real game. So what's this about twitch play? You mean quick reflexes? Don't get me wrong, I'm older and not as quick these days, but I don't blame the game on that. Given, MW is an infantry style game. So it's CQB, aquire targets fast, and take them down. BF3 seems to be a mix, and I like that...a lot. If you run into a tank, better think fast to survive. If I'm in a building that I need to clear for an objective, pretty sure I'll need to be quick aka twitchy as well as smart. Grenade or stealth? How many entry points? Work with my squad to have a distraction at one entry and enter in another way and catch them off guard? The arguing and complaining of how each game is not the other is stupid. They are different, no doubt, but many of the "skills" (I laugh since it's a game) translate from CounterStrike to MW to BF, etc. The best thing you can do in any of these games, is out think your opponent. That never changes. I now feel more stupid having to talk about a video game and strategy as if there is "skill" involved here when it's a mouse and keyboard. Me wants to go shoot my AR now.
I'm going to buy Battlefield this year, i've never actually played a battlefield game but it looks too good to refuse. i usually buy cod but it seems i should go with battlefield! Does anyone know if it has offline bots for 2 players? that would be wicked

I went to pre-order it at Play and Trade, but they did not have the stuff that Gamestop had up that said you get free maps etc.....is this something everyone has or only gamestop? Anyone know? DD
Back to Karkand expansion is free for all "Limited Edition" copies, which is to say probably all copies for the first couple of months. Don't take my word on that though, but yes all preorders get it for free.
Cool, I would rather support play and trade, but didn't want to have to pay for the extra context.... Each game costs me double, because I have to buy 2 copies, one for me, and one for my 13 year old. DD
