On a quick second thought, I don't think I can bear my Dallas fans bragging if both the Mavs and Rangers in the same year. Go Cardinals. Because ***** Dallas.
This could go the distance , i think Texas is a better team all around than the Cards . But it is tough to predict a winner. I wouldn't be shocked if either team won in the end. I probably won't even watch a min of this , maybe if there is a game 7 i might tune in the end .
I think im rooting for the Rangers , due to the fact that Cardinals already have titles and their history.
Yeah, I've been saying that since April. I've been wrong every time. I don't know if they will win or not. But they remind me a bit of the 95 Rockets...on paper, no way they win...but when they throw the ball up, there's a team that's just hot and clicking. The Cards are that team every bit as much as the Rangers are at this point.
Of the playoff teams, this is the worst possible outcome. I'd rather they just cancel the WS. Since one team will win, I hope it is St. Louis, just because the idea of the Rangers winning a WS before the Astros, does not sit well with me, especially with their strong support and desire for the Astros to be realigned to their division.
Cardinals have better pitching though but the Rangers have had shtty pitching throughout the playoffs, 1 starter has gone 6 innings thats it, most of them haven't even made it through 5. Their offense is way too explosive to keep down for a 7 game series and Michael Young just busted out of his slump. I think Cards can win a game or 2 but I dont see them beating TX in a 7 game series
