It has leaked. It's pretty solid on my first listen.

They played a bunch of those songs at ACL. I never got the coldplay hate.

My favorite track on the album. This song is like a work of art.

They're toothless. That's about it for me.

On first listen, I like this album - a lot more than Viva La Vida although I eventually warmed up to VLV. This year has been a phenomenal one when it comes to music. As good as this is, it can't crack my top 5 of new releases by Wilco, M83, Bon Iver, PJ Harvey, and Panda Bear - but it is in the top 10.

The album is decent. They have surely tapered off on this one and VLV. Still, they are one of the most premier bands out there...

On a side note, seeing Manny's post above, I don't understand peoples love for Panda Bear. I have tried to listen to the album Tomboy a few times, and nothing jumps out at me. I love Animal Collective, but this stuff just doesn't strike a chord.

Yup. It was a pretty great set, too.
They committed the cardinal sin of becoming popular.

I didn't really like Viva La Vida at all, thought I would after a few listens but it just didn't make it. I think Coldplay is a solid band though so I'll check this one out soon.

On a sidenote, Noel Gallagher's solo album came out yesterday overseas and is fantastic all the way through.

It was pretty alright. Bit overproduced and had a few weak songs, but I liked it overall.

X&Y and Viva la Vida were not that great of albums, so I will pass.

Most of their songs sound so much alike but I like them. His voice is what so unique and they totally rock with great sound mix.

I enjoy AC more than Panda Bear's solo stuff, but I thought that Tomboy was better than Person Pitch.

I just don't really understand why people love that album so much.
