To be honest, this game played out as I expected. Nothing about this game changed my mind, on the rest of the season. Your missing Andre and Casey along with a banged up Foster. Kubiak lost me last season and nothing about his play calling and game management has changed that this season.

All that said, our losses have come against 2 super bowl contenders and a dangerous/good Raider team. Our schedule yells out 10 wins and a division championship. I dont care how as long as we get in the playoffs.

I predicted 9-7 before the season. I'm sticking with that though at the time I thought we'd make the playoffs. The Titans are better than expected and it's entirely possible they could take the division instead of us.

    What's wrong with Foster?

He didn't seem like himself today or last week as well. Is he hiding some sort of injury?

BTW, we need Andre back badly. We also need to address our #2 WR and CB spots, hopefully we make some moves by the trade deadline.

Looking that way. I think Oak would kill Pitt right now.

I can give you they would kill them in October and November, but in December and January, Pitt would take them to the woodshed.

I dunno, depends on the location.

And by December, the new Oakland QB (why did they get rid of Gradkowski??) should be settled in.

Rumors around twitter world are that David Garrard may sign OAK by next week.

I believe he was listed as probably with a Quad injury.

Figures, he was really slow today. Tate played better than him. He should have seen more playing time.

As I repeat this, we desperately need depth at WR and CB.

Their are multiple CB's right now that could be had for a mid round pick that are better than Jackson or Allen.

Also hearing Broncos are supposedly asking for a 4-5th round pick for Floyd and also are shopping Eddie Royal.

Kubiak and Smith better be on the phones, their jobs depend on it.

it almost feels like we're missing an all pro receiver and the opposing team is playing with two extra defenders. =/

If the running game isn't going with foster, I would have given more touches to Tate. Tate seemed to be running with more awesomeness in particular game. Hopefully, Andre is back next week.

I had to stop watching early in the fourth, had to leave my house. Texans had the ball trailing 19-14. Foster made a big play, things looking good. When I heard the score later I was shocked. Wow, I thought this was the big road game against the good team that the Texans would win. I thought the defense played very well except the secondary but I guess they got tired. If they lose in Tenn. next week things are going to get ugly.

We didn't get any first down on our last 3 drives. So yeah, the defense was on the field more and got tired.

Those last 3 offensive drives, in crunch time, were 3 of our worst the entire game. 11 plays for 21 yards.

No...No one expected us to win. We don't beat winning teams on the road.
