Schwartz overreacted like some here are overreacting. Schwartz needs to act like he's lost a game before.
The "skirmish" was no big deal for either guy. Harbaugh was hyped after knocking off the Lions and Schwartz was still pissed off that his team got handled by the 49ers and didn't take kindly to Harbaugh's enthusiasm. Understandable reactions by both guys.

Wow, Harbaugh clearly forgot to turn off the little girl cheerleader mode when he went to acknowledge Schwartz. Then he made things even worse by acting like nothing was wrong after the fact. Apparently what sent Schwartz off was a cuss word that Harbaugh threw at him, supposedly. You can kind of tell from the video, he's like "...ok Jim, you can't stop dancing now..." then he apparently hears something, turns his head, and goes OFF on him. Hope this turns into a nice blood rivalry, has some potential.
Not disputing that, but Harbaugh bouncing up and down like Richard Simmons on a dildo clearly broke protocol as an NFL head coach and Cowher dressed his ass down for that, armchairs.
