Redskins had a chance to take control of the division and stomp on the neck of a rival and completely pooped the bed so far, figures that's how the fightin' Toycens would do it... it's a conspiracy to let Andy Reid keep his jerb!!!1
Some would say that they may have wasted a year with Rodgers when they made him sit for that long behind Favre. Then again, nobody knew that he would eventually turn into THIS... something that could be possibly better than Favre... and certainly was not as highly touted as Luck is.
I don't see it. Finley and Jennings are great weapons, but Nelson and Jones aren't exactly elite. Not to mention teams know they are going to throw it because they have little ground game to speak of, and they still can't stop it.
I think Rodgers is the best QB right now, like you. But their O-line is damn good; Rodgers, like Brady, rarely gets pressured. Any QB can go up to another level if he has plenty of time to throw. Finley and Jennings open up a ton. Most teams have one great offensive weapon, they have 2. And he's playing under a GREAT offensive mind of McCarthy. You have to give his surroundings a lot of credit. Now what you see with Indy, makes what Manning did with that team a whole lot more impressive. I still think a healthy Manning is the most impactful QB in the league b/c he does so much for that offense individually.
