I think I've asked this in the past but never really got quite the answer I was looking for. I've been posting at UH, UHD, Lone Star, and HCC for the university/community college side of things. From what I've heard, Rice isn't very friendly with regards to public advertisement/bulletin boards. Starbucks is out as they only allow non-profit postings. I found out today that Five Guys Burgers and Ben & Jerry's allow them, but does anyone know any other chains, coffee shops, etc that will allow them?

Wouldn't it depend on your target audience?

I'd like to shoot for students and places where students frequent. I know there are an endless number of college student hangouts, but I'm hoping someone could narrow it down for me without walking the length of Houston daily :)

A-ha... I see... well, students hang out at Barnes & Noble and those coffee places... maybe they'll let you post your flyers there.

Nothing, you're an IT consultant? Wanna give my company 10% of your bill rate in exchange for access to more projects, insurance, bi-weekly pay, etc... lol.

I also know a place you can stick those flyers to. But no, definitely not post.

Look for trees on any land with live stock in College Station.

No, I'm not an IT consultant. I repair pc's on the side as a college student. I don't see how that's threatening your company.

any other suggestions by chance guys? I'm more than willing to pay even if you know spots around town. $20 for 20 flyers, something like that. if nothing else, maybe money will get your attention :)

Yeah, I thought about that. Only thing is I'm against roughly 8 billion companies that do the exact same thing on there, but if I get a few calls out of it at all... that'd be nice. Do some good work for the few that might call and hopefully get referrals out of that.

Will do a little brainstorming on how to best set apart my ad from the crowd. Couldn't hurt.
